SPECS: * Early 1960 first year Rosewood Slab featuring real aged clay dots, totally hand built & hand contoured SOFT "C" back profile & 6105 frets. * Lollar AlNiCo III raised pole bridge pickup & Lollar AlNiCo III neck pickup. * 1960 White Blonde ultra thin hand finished and rubbed Nitro lacquer. * CTS pots, Cloth wire, Orange Drop capacitor, Switch Craft Jack & Centra Lab Switch standard ALWAYS. * 1959/60 Heavy Knurl Flat Top Knobs. * Totally vintage'd "Klusons" and hardware * 1959/60 White Guard * Fender Top Hat style switch tip I really took my time here,..but then I always do. I guess I'm "infamous" for it. (sorry folks) Oh well, that's just the way I roll..HA! I don't really see the point in rushing an instrument out the door just to see it down the road and wish I took my time. White blonde, or "Mary Kay" blonde as it's sometimes called, just looks so classy to me. It's equally at home on stage with a tux and tails at the wedding gig or at the country bar on Saturday night. I just really dig the clean lines and the subtle transparancy of the mid 50's early 60s blondes. |
