CONCERNING REFUNDS |

BEFORE YOU BUY A REVELATOR GUITAR PLEASE READ THIS !!!!!!!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Before you pull the trigger on your new guitar and send me a deposit know that any deposits or
monies sent to me are absolutely non refundable. I have had several people cancel and I always want to do the nice thing and refund the money they put out.
I'm sure they didn't foresee the problems they were going to run into
or make them up. The problem with this, however, is that I now have to figure out a way to turn the deposit $ that was spent to buy materials back into cash. This inevitably leads to me
getting emails while they are in crisis to the effect of “when do I get paid”. This puts me in a crisis situation too trying to come up with money to pay them back.
I regret to have to come to this decision but the alternative of me owing people money is not acceptable. So to avoid this if you can’t afford to take the risk of
losing your deposit PLEASE do not buy a Revelator guitar. Please know that I will not make exceptions. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation. I look forward to working with you.
Payment Information
Thanks so much for your interest in Revelator Guitars Creations. In order to begin work on your project I require 1/3 of
the cost before work commences. Your deposit needs to be in the form of a US Postal, Traveler's, or Western Union Money Order.
Please don't send a check. I'll ask for the 2nd 3rd about half way through and the balance near the time of completion.
I'm sorry but I no longer work to a strict deadline. Due to the nature of what I do, good old
fashion time is required. I will attempt to stay in touch as often as possible with updates on your job’s progress. Please remember, however, that any time I spend taking pictures, answering emails and taking phone calls only slows production on your instrument as I'm a one man operation. Please also remember that in order to get the result you want it just takes time. There's just no quick process to make a new piece of wood appear 50 yrs old.
If you've shopped for "Relics" I'm sure that you're aware that there are alot of people out there doing this now but not alot of people doing it right. Thanks & may God bless you & yours,
